Jacqueline

Jacqueline founded Cascade British nursery in Kuwait and Cascade Learning Centre in Dubai.

She has been teaching and inspiring children for the last forty years and her vision is to always provide a safe, happy learning community where children and families come first. She is a mother of two and grandmother of four and has lived and worked in the Middle East for the past twenty years.

Leila

Leila is passionate about building resourceful communities that protect, nurture and develop families to be resilient, passionate and harmonious.

Leila’s extensive business experience includes working in various industries and sectors covering multiple areas of business growth, as well as people management and development. She is a mother of two, married and living in Dubai for thirteen years with a deep understanding of local customs and practices. She has also lived and worked in London, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Steve

Steve is a driven father of two who has lived in Dubai now for fourteen years and has been instrumental in developing successful businesses across different sectors.

Committed to Cascade, he brings extensive business acumen to balance his wish to give back to the community.

Alison

Alison who is originally from London and has lived in the Middle East for 16 years. She has two amazing children aged, 13 and 15 years old who inspired her to become a teacher.

She is a passionate teacher who loves being an integral part of the Cascade community.Alison adores the ‘from the heart ethos’ of Cascade which fosters a beautiful and intimate child-led environment, where children can be nurtured through inspiring and fun learning journeys.

Vicky

Vicky has been supporting teachers at Cascade for the past four years. Vicky’s gentle, calm and infectious warmth and fun personality enables children to feel safe, take risks and think out of the box.

A mother of two grown up children, Vicky’s motto is, in Jess Lair’s words “Children are not things to be moulded but are people to be unfolded.”

Jonathan

Jonathan has been teaching and tutoring children for the past four years.

He has a degree in industrial education, majoring in industrial arts and is passionate about teaching dance and sports to children which builds their self-confidence, creativity and physical development skills.
